As a Field Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to manage small-to-medium-sized business solutions campaigns for our clients. You will engage with existing and potential business owners on a daily basis, acting as a sales representative and business development specialist. Your role will involve representing our client, discussing their products and services, and delivering customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business clients by arranging face-to-face meetings within your designated territory.
• Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial appointments to ongoing customer relationship management.
• Present business products to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner, maintaining a demeanor suitable for a business environment.
• Analyze the needs and interests of prospects, employing a consultative approach to determine the best product fit for them.
• Complete and submit accurate paperwork for new business transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Requirements:
• Sales experience preferred; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Full-time availability from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle.
