Job Description:
Job Summary:
Project support to increase success of Satair to expand portfolio offering via 3party supply chains and suppliers. This covers, from a) better understand and specify what are the end-customer buying behaviors, to b) what are to be
offered in terms of multiple and alternative sources of spares and repairs services. This covers, specify and design the process of Satair offering this 3party offering via the Satair billing entities, including what is that right e-transacting methods and required data exchange and fulfillment process. This covers, to understanding and specifying the portfolio sourcing strategy in terms of what is market demand for Satair to offer, from categories of portfolio, and how this can be sources and supplied via 3party supply chains This covers, creating recommendation to the right business model(s) for Satair to offer external supply and in combination with the inhouse Satair and Airbus offering.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Determine market and customer-buyer buying behaviors: 15%
* Define who are the users of an online sourcing service like Satair Marketplace
* Define their roles, responsibilities, buying behaviors and decision making
* This by categories of actors (personas) in the market of Buyers, Sellers, Planners, Expeditors and others
* Define the key personas of the key actors - personas in terms of; communication methods, analytic and decision methods,
and decision making
2. Specify the buying and supply process of 3party supply: 15%
* Define the buyer and sellers' business and e-processing process associated with sourcing and selling
* Specify the workflow including evaluation of supply options, processing request and fulfillment and invoicing
* Build the data model(s) to support this; mandatory, competitive advantage and nice-to-have information. For spares,
repair capabilities, exchanges and other offerings.
* Specify the technical requirements of the data elements; Length, Characters, etc
* Specify the list of desired codes; UoM, ATA chapters, Aircraft applicability and other aviation classifications
* Build the data models in association with the systems requirements and restrictions to conduct e-exchange of offering,
request and orders
* Build the desired web-forms for business process essential processing
* Specify the KPIs for managing a 3party offering solution; Performance of process, Content developing and Customer
satisfaction
3. Determine the tactical approach for sourcing of external supply: 50%
* Establish the offering scope of 3party offering, by category and desire
* Establish the strategy of what to be offered in New, Used, Repair or Exchange
* Define the tactical sourcing approach and the association mass of sources; What to source via OEMs, via Distributors or
Consumers (Airlines, MRO, Repairs, Lessors) or even internal supply chains
* Specify the value proposition and unique selling points to attract the sources
4. Create recommendation to the business model(s) for Satair of offer external supply: 20%
* Define the options and recommended business models for Satair to offer external supply
* Establish the inhouse business case and value proposition for the multiple delivery models of offering; Proprietary,
sole-source OEM, competitive OEM and external
* Establish the 'go-2-marked' channels and methods, including options of ; direct e-browser, own branded portals, external
supplier portals, ERP integrations and transactional integration methods like Spec2000, API
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support the evaluation of current achievements of the Satair Market and Marketplace
* Lead generation and seller acquisition
* Presentation to buyers and sellers to increase onboarding of current Satair Market and Marketplace solution
* Marketing and Campaigning of existing Satair Market and Marketplace solutions
