Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000/annually (dependent on level of experience)

JOB SUMMARY: The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care, and chronic disease management patients to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill clients’ needs. Estimated volume may be around 2,850.
***We, would like a candidate who has actually been seeing patients or teaching (not in a leadership position), some clinical experience with all ages (or at least the ability and willingness to work with all ages, experience with an integrated model (partnering with referring Physicians).
