Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Restock food and beverage items as needed
- Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed
- Operate coffee machines and other breakfast equipment
- Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth breakfast service
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary
Skills:
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drinks
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system for cash handling
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Basic culinary skills for food preparation and cooking
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
