Responsibilities: As the CFO of RMI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to support the growth and success of the company.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficient financial operations.
  • Compensation Plans: Design and manage employee compensation plans, addressing the complexities of our unique compensation structure.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Develop insights and analysis across segments and cohorts to understand trends and proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including vendors, banks, and contractors, to optimize financial processes and relationships.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective financial risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a talented accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-driven individual with the following qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks or other financial software systems.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Experience in M&A activities is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
