Position: Farm Equipment Operator/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various application equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and injectors, for the precise application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other agricultural chemicals.
• Mix and prepare chemical solutions according to prescribed formulations and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate field conditions to determine appropriate application techniques and timing.
• Apply chemicals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations to minimize drift and off-target impacts.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on application equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of applications, including types and quantities of chemicals used, application rates, dates, times, and weather conditions.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
