Overview: The Welcome Center Staff greets Guests upon arrival checking them in for the variety of activities offered. Welcome Center Staff help Guests make reservations for both walk-ins and over the phone. They also operate the retail store, selling, stocking, and doing daily reports.

Minimum Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional friendly, courteous, and patient customer service
• Accurately make and confirm reservations with Guest in person or over the phone
• Satisfactorily answer Guest’s questions pertaining to rates, activities, promotions, etc.
• Effectively work with all ACA staff to ensure a seamless Guest experience
• Assist with completing daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a well-organized retail space and restock items as needed
• Helping with cleaning and keeping office and restrooms tidy
• Accurately complete and submit daily sales reports
• Communicate any needs or challenges appropriately to Manager
• Maintain a fun, professional, and friendly work environment

Desired Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
• Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to demonstrate patience and effective problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of computers and Google applications
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
