About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Regional Account Manager to join our rapidly scaling team in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure space. As a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Loop authorized resellers, distributors, installation contractors and other key partners (Loop Network Partners) to drive sales and revenue through these channels in your territory. You will work closely with our National account sales team and other departments to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
:
  • Develop and manage relationships with Loop authorized resellers, distributors, installation contractors and other key partners
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through these channels
  • Manage the sales process from prospect to close
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the channel partners, sales team and other departments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies
  • Attend trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide training and support to resellers, distributors and installation partners to ensure their success in selling Loop's EV charging solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-branded campaigns and promotion
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on closing deals and channel sales management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the EV charging industry or related field a plus; experience selling through channel sales approach and managing multiple accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as other sales and related software used by the company a plus
  • Experience working with large-scale property owners and businesses is a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in contributing to the growth of the EV ecosystem
Total Compensation Package (FTE):

  • Salary
    $190,000-210,000
  • Opportunity to participate in ESOP
