A large global law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary for their Boston, MA office.
The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience, be able to support several attorneys, manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, conferences and travel arrangements, enter billable time, coordinate client billing, submit conflict checks, draft correspondences, format and edit documents, process expense reports, proofread and review all work, maintain the client matters lists and files and administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning and handling the incoming calls.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and Outlook) and a document management system similar to Desksite. The qualities of the candidate include strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, strong computer and internet research skills and an ability to work independently.
The work schedule is every day in the office for the first 90 days then a hybrid schedule. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package.
