Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: Our team is based in Manhattan, IL. However, this role requires travel to various event sites as needed for successful execution of promotional activities and maintaining business relationships. Candidates should be prepared for regular travel within the region to represent our brand and ensure the smooth running of on-site events. There also may be opportunities to do administrative work from home when available.

Job Responsibilities:

Event Coordination and Execution: Proactively reach out to potential venues (bars, restaurants, clubs, etc) and locations to organize and set up onsite promotional events. Manage all aspects of event planning, ensuring each detail is handled with precision from start to finish.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with venue owners and business managers. Serve as the primary contact for ongoing communications and negotiations to facilitate successful event partnerships.

Social Media Promotion : Actively promote events and partnerships through compelling social media content across various platforms. Engage with our online community by sharing updates, responding to queries, and creating buzz around our brand events.

Brand Representation: Represent the brand at various events and functions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Educate and inform both new and existing customers about our organization, enhancing brand visibility and adoption.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report feedback from event participants and business partners to refine strategies and improve future promotional activities.

Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a similar role such as event coordination, promotions, or customer service.

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

· High proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

· Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
