Our direct client, a well-established leader and fast-growing company in a thriving industry, seeks an experienced CRM Analyst to join their growing team. The CRM Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for customer data and database insights for the company and is responsible for using data-driven insights to achieve measurable marketing results. Supports the planning of all aspects of our cross-channel marketing campaigns with a specific focus on database segmentation and analysis to support retention and new customer acquisition, Provides reporting and actionable insights to improve marketing campaign performance and customer journey touches through KPI setting/tracking, A/B testing, journey building, and ongoing optimization of segmentation strategies. Accountable for helping better understand our customers and key performance metrics in order to deliver more effective, personalized communications and drive growth.
