At Endries, our **Warehouse Associate**

**Compensation.** The starting wage is **$14 per hour**. In addition, we have a skill block program with opportunity to earn up to **$1.25 more per** hour as you learn more skills as well as a **quarterly bonus program** (last two quarters **averaged about $900**). We also provide t-shirts for work and reimbursement for steel toes.
