Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager with a focus on player development, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing marketing strategies that not only attract new players but also enhance the engagement and satisfaction of our existing community. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Director of Operations and the General Manager to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with player expectations and promotion evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and casino promotions that attract new players while retaining and engaging the existing player base
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and the General Manager to monitor, analyze, and understand player behavior and preferences, using these insights to tailor marketing efforts
- Act as a liaison between the casino and our guests to build professional relationships
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Oversee the Players Club and assist in the development and execution of promotional events
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Manage social media accounts and online presence
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Support license with the South Dakota Commission on Gaming
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong focus on guest services and customer service
- Leadership skills to guide a team
- Proficiency in conflict management when dealing with challenging situations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Photography/Graphic Design/Videography skills preferred
- Experience in cash handling for promotional events or transactions
