POSITION SUMMARY

Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is hiring a Player’s Club Attendant. The applicant should be well versed in guest relations with a strong emphasis on customer service. This position will require the applicant to perform duties such as printing player cards, issuing free play, conducting drawings, and making announcements. Under the supervision of the Player’s Club Manager, you will execute the various transactions of the Player’s Club during your scheduled shift. The applicant will be providing an integral service to all our guests, both internal and external. All interactions are expected to be performed in a courteous and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Enroll new members and provide customer service to existing members.
• Inform members of benefits, contests, and promotions.
• Understand and adhere to all company Internal Controls and gaming regulations.
• Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with the guidelines of our Internal Controls.
• Execute the daily Club promotions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Utilize basic balancing practices.
• Provide legendary guest service with respect, passion, and dedication.
• Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations that creates an atmosphere where guests want to make Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort their choice for gaming entertainment.
• Receive calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain a Support license with the South Dakota Commission on Gaming. https://dor.sd.gov/individuals/gaming/
• Shifts will be scheduled in advance. Maintaining flexibility in scheduling is required.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Previous gaming experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates a positive and memorable entertainment experience.
• Ability to multi-task and perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform job duties in a casino environment exposed to bright lights and noise. The severity of which depends upon guest volume.
• Ability to communicate effectively with outside contacts and all levels of team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
