This Ft. Lauderdale-based company has an immediate need for an HR Specialist for a direct-hire position. This is a strategic role that will be responsible for organizing the HR Department.

Requirements include:

Experience with on-boarding and recruitment

Experience with multiple HRIS systems

Must have healthcare or medical practice experience

SHRM or PHR certification is a plus but not required

Need 8-10 years of healthcare Human Resources experience

Must be comfortable being the sole HR department for approximately 200 employees
