Coordinate and respond to AGV activities either manually or through computer systems in relation to production and inventory issues. Manage all AGV activities by understanding the priorities by which the activities need to be completed (i.e Production demands - jobs in both the warehouse and in production, shipping, receiving and shuffling of product).

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Monitoring of AGV activities using the following programs: ERP (PICK), ETRICC and MapLoader Systems.

* Corrections to inventory using barcode scanners and the ERP (PICK) system.

* Job re-issue / cancellations and adjustments using barcode scanners and ERP (PICK) system.

* Basic troubleshooting, logging and reporting of issues relating to the AGVs.

* Manual Intervention and operation of the AGVs.

* Load position corrections and clean-up of spills.

* Maintenance of AGV floor markings / labeling.

* Timely response to inquiries on status.

* Respond to failed jobs and reset the information in ERP(PICK) system and adjust inventory appropriately.

* Must have forklift certification.

* Pull and stage customer orders using AGV and/or forklift

* Load and unload trailers as needed

* Monitor conveyor systems

* Must follow all work rules and policies.

Job Requirements **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

GED or equivalent

One to three months related experience and/or training

Successfully complete the entry level skills test, which includes: Understanding Instructions, Numerical Computation and Visual Checking.
