• Are you a passionate cybersecurity professional with a strong background in information security and a desire to work in a dynamic Aerospace / Aviation / Defense environment?
• We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Work Schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technology solutions to support our overall Cybersecurity program within the Aerospace / Aviation / Defense industry.
• Monitor and analyze security events using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain and update security tools, including Vulnerability Management, Privileged Access Management, and Privileged Remote Access solutions.
• Develop, document, and implement information security policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 6 years of progressive experience in information security.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools like EDR/XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Privileged Access Management, and Privileged Remote Access.
• Experience working a cybersecurity incident.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems.
• Experience with operating systems and networking.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CASP , GSEC, CISSP).
• Experience with Enterprise Identity & Access Management and similar security products.
• Experience with Manufacturing environments and Operational Technology.
