Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's long-term goals and objectives, including expansion, revenue growth, and market positioning.
2. Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficient and effective processes, adherence to regulations and industry standards, and optimal resource allocation.
3. Financial Management: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
4. Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations, as well as overseeing recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives.
5. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining service standards, addressing customer concerns, and fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, explore potential partnerships or acquisitions, and develop strategies to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and protect the company's interests.
8. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and support the company's objectives

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

At least 5 years proven leadership experience in a senior management role.

Thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
