Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Market properties through various channels such as online listings, advertisements, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants
- Stay updated on , regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals including lenders, appraisers, and inspectors

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Realtor or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of property management, real estate administrative tasks, and real estate law
- Proven ability to market properties effectively and negotiate favorable terms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong sales and communication skills

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with prior real estate experience will be considered.
