ABOUT THE COMPANY Sizzling Platter is a restaurant management group and we currently operate more than 700 restaurants across the United States and Mexico. We were founded in 1963 with just a small number of sit-down restaurants and over the last 50 years we have built a strong restaurant platform focused on adding and scaling leading brands in outstanding restaurant markets. Our Support Center is located Murray, Utah and we are looking for talented people to join our team in supporting the 12,000 team members who operate our restaurants. Our current restaurant brands include Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Sizzler Steakhouse, Dunkin’, Wingstop, Little Caesars, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jamba and Cinnabon. JOB OBJECTIVE The Construction Coordinator is responsible to provide essential support throughout the planning, execution, and completion of new restaurant builds and remodels. Our construction team is dedicated to ensuring all our restaurants are built to the highest standards of each of our brands. We are looking for someone with an appetite to go above and beyond when needed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include the following:

• Project Support: Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of restaurant construction projects. Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, contracts, plans, and specifications. Ensure that all required records are properly filed and accessible for future reference.

• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of construction materials, services, and information. Coordinate and monitor vendor activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

• Budget Oversight: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, including tracking invoices, purchase orders, and cost estimates. Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential budget overruns.

• Communication: Maintain effective communication channels between project stakeholders, including internal departments, landlords, contractors, and regulatory authorities

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot construction-related issues and obstacles. Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to develop and implement solutions that maintain project timelines and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related role.

• Ability to read construction plans

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance
