POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Estimator role is an exempt position responsible for preparing cost estimates, proposals and managing cost of projects by analyzing requirements for cold storage general contracting projects. This position reports to the Regional Vice President.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
As a construction estimator you must be willing to travel a minimum of 20% of the time, when necessary. This position is not remote, it requires you to reside in Houston or the surrounding area.
This position is a full-time position with a salary ranging from $75,000-$95,000 a year. American Thermal Systems offers 401K and Medical Insurance. We pay 100% for Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.
