Title Guarantee Inc. is a New York, NY-based company that provides title insurance in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Recording Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Perform post closing review of closed loan packages to determine completeness, accuracy and compliance with guidelines. You can work in our NY city office, Long Island Office or NJ Office.

• Track all closed title files; update company operating system
• Scan and index closing documents within title operating system
• Review, log and mail final trailing documents
• Answer phones, greets customers, place calls and request information needed for escrow closings
• Process documents, pay applicable taxes and fee and submit all Deed and Mortgage documents to municipalities for recording
• Review, monitor, pay escrow for property taxes, water, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and other employees as needed.
• Electronic and Manual recording and payment processes will be used.

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience in the title industry is a must.
• Must be able to use Tracker Pro
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Title Insurance recording: 10 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
