```Overview:
We are currently seeking an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory levels and perform stock replenishment
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
- Use mathematical skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and perform retail math calculations
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, as you may need to communicate with customers who speak different languages
- Utilize Excel or other software programs to track and analyze data

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service or vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical skills for retail math calculations
- Experience in order fulfillment and inventory management is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
