Maintenance Supervisor

ABW Logistics DFW, TX.

Starting Pay Between $25.47 - $33.39 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 
Hours – 6:00am to 2:00PM.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary

Job duties may include:

• Leadership skills, ability to manage and work along side crew/co-workers
• Responsibilities include: managing a small crew of 6 or more performing maintenance task, monitoring work quality, insuring adherence to time schedules and safe work practices
• Fire safety equipment
  • Working with fire pumps, fire risers (draining, filling, repairing, etc.), fire detection systems
• Concrete repairs
  • Using power tools
  • Repairing failed joint sealants, cutting out and re-filling joints
  • Repairing concrete damage/spalled joints
  • Sealing cracks in concrete slabs
  • Damaged bollards – replacing including chipping out anchors, re-filling, and re-installing new anchors
• General upkeep work
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • General organization of work spaces
  • Taping drive lines

  • Moving and installing furniture/TVs/cabinets etc.
