IT Support Analyst
Location: Towson, MD Day 1 Onsite
Pay rate: $25/hr. C2C

IT Support Analyst
· Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Executives, Executive Assistants, and IT colleagues.
· Coordinate and support Executive events and meetings.
· Monitor all IT support requests and respond to them in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications to identify and resolve problems effectively.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate or solve systemic issues proactively.
· Manage the Executive's expectations by providing clear and accurate communication.
· Provide end-user training to the VIP to enhance the overall end-user experience.
· Ensure all IT policies and protocols are followed.
· Ensure all support activities are documented in the IT Service Now tool.
· Demonstrate experience in white glove technical support of Executives.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Zoom, Exchange, IOS, Mac OS, Windows OS, Teams, SharePoint, Windows, Service Now, Active Directory, Imaging,
· Experience troubleshooting network devices, mobile devices, desktops, and printers.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to handle projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Ability to collaborate with other teams.
· Great customer service experience
· Strong business acumen
· Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or
· Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.
