We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Business Technology Solutions Lead with a strong background in information technology and a keen eye for enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging technology to drive revenue. This role is designed for a dynamic professional aiming to evolve into a management position within two years, contributing to both strategic initiatives and daily operational excellence across our portfolio of bowling and family entertainment centers.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly gain expertise, analyze, and evaluate business operational systems and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions, with a focus on leveraging technology. Show your Courage.
• Show your Respect when collaborating across various departments to align short-term actions with long-term strategic goals, integrating advanced technological solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive resource evaluations to optimize costs and enhance revenue streams through better use of technology.
• Lead project management efforts during the implementation phases of strategic directions, ensuring timely and effective execution with an emphasis on tech-driven solutions. Own it.
• Regularly prepare and disseminate business reporting and presentations to communicate business health metrics and insights to senior management, utilizing advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
• Manage, administer, support, and train critical business platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across multiple departments. Show your excellence and oversee the adoption of new technologies and systems, facilitating user training and support to enhance business operations.
• Oversee and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners that provide information technology services and solutions, to include supporting & facilitating employee-to-vendor T troubleshooting, hardware/software ordering & activation, domain management, network setup and configuration.

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a significant focus on technology-driven business solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, compile, review, and leverage data to make informed decisions. Use Courage to promote new ideas.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and presentation skills. Excellence will show through here.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
