To provide accounting administrative support.

Tasks/responsibilities:

· Support both the Accounts Payable and the Accounts Receivable teams.

· Train with various team members to provide additional coverage.

· Perform routine clerical and administrative work.

· Analyze incoming payables for accuracy.

· Other supporting administrative (ad hoc) work.

Education

High school diploma and Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Experience with working with ERP-systems (preferred).

MS Excel skills.

Functional skills

· Fluent in English, both oral and written.

· Strong drive with a hands-on, structured, and accurate working style.

· Show ownership of support related items.

· Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

· Strong communication skills.

· Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
