POSITION SUMMARY:

The Retail Reconciliation Coordinator is responsible for auditing and reconciling all sales transactions using supporting documentation and automated computer systems. We have 17 retail stores operating with 4 new store openings in 2023 plus eCommerce and aftersales service prepaid business. Technical (system and application) proficiency is required to reconcile information across multifaceted systems and manage large volumes of data. This position will work closely with store sales associates and managers, the customer care and operations teams and senior management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary resource for e-commerce and point of sale matters and sales reconciliation
• Retail Credit Card Payment Daily Uploads and reconciliation of exceptions not systematically cleared
• Posting of retail cash payments and report on over/short balances
• Review POS transactions for adherence to company policy & procedures
• Processing of refunds for TAG Heuer and Zenith Ecommerce returns
• Work with credit card processing partners on document and information requests and fraud/chargebacks
• Report on issues / trends / fraud attempts to management and store teams
• Assist the Store Managers with store system support (Cegid, Adyen, Forter etc)
• Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of store banking and credit card processing relationships
• Maintain metrics and tracks the resolution of identified issues
• Complete other special projects (analysis, reports, etc) and other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 3 years’ experience with reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Win together mentality
• Responds to unexpected changes in work environment with creativity and resilience
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience a plus
• SAP, CEGID, Klarna, Forter and Adyen experience preferred
