Pelvic Health Solutions is hiring for a full-time position for a Front Desk Manager.

We are a rapidly growing, therapist-owned, private practice dedicated 100% to the care and treatment of male and female pelvic floor conditions. We are located in Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton, Florida. Duties and Responsibilities:

Required:

• Lead and manage a team of front desk team members across locations
• Train and foster a strong culture for team retention
• Multi-task answering phones, using our EMR system, and interfacing with patients
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and team members
• Support all office operations including ordering supplies and laundry
• Perform effectively as a member of a team
• Strong computer skills
• Assist with basic components of the billing process
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Nice-to-Have

• Experience using the WebPT EMR system a plus but not a requirement
• Billing and reconciliation experience a big plus
