Essential Job Functions:

• The General Maintenance Worker will execute work assignments requiring the ability to use tools and perform the common work to a recognized trade such as fabricating, carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing, etc.
• Repair various items around the manufacturing plant, inclusive of machinery, tools and other assignments. Fabricates work to size and shape.
• Follow specific maintenance planning tasks such as lay out work and executing on deliverables.
• Assist other maintenance personnel when needed or assigned.
• Able to read, write, and analyze prints, sketches, instruction manuals, and other materials, following instructions and assigned task by foreman / supervisor
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE.
• Perform work requiring a broad knowledge of recognized skilled trade(s).
• Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tachometers, types of burning equipment, protractors, levels, rules, etc.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Experience:

• Requires a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires the ability to read, understand, comprehend and communicate verbally and in written form English reports, diagrams, work instruction and safety requirements.
• Requires mathematical skills such as the ability to multiple and divide units of measure and reasoning ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferrable.

Work Schedule and Hours:

• 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Monday through Friday.
• Full-time schedule, with occasional overtime assigned. Overtime may be assigned as extended hours or additional shifts.

Pay and Benefits:

• $18.65 - $20.36 per hour.
• Overtime after 8 hours in a day and after 40 hours in a week.
