Construction co, AIK Renovation Inc, looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper (quickbooks) to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: maintaining quickbooks, client/sub interaction via email and phone, insurance certificates and other adhoc requests from estimators and project managers.

Required skills/experience includes:

-Prior work experience in a construction company / contruction terms

-Proficient in quickbooks

-Proficient in Microsoft office

-Attention to detail

-Proper knowledge/ability to write emails and answer phone calls

-Organized and efficient

-Willingness to learn and work with others in a small office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
