Systems Training Analyst II - Medical Simulation (MedSim) Operations, Analysis, and Training services at Fort Sam Houston. Simulation (DoS), U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE).

Job Description:
The DoS is the lead agency for Army medical simulation policy and strategy to support institutional medical training, professional military education, and operational medical readiness training. Serves as the Army’s accreditation agency and proponent for all medical training simulation centers, facilities, and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Operational MedSim Training Analysis
• Training Modernization Analysis
• Training Capability Integration
• Training Capability Development, for the Directorate of Simulation (DoS) located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Education:
Bachelor's degree and or a Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.

Job Skills:

• Assist with the training capability products, policy, and strategy development efforts.
• Development of requirements documents for the Operational Medical Simulation Environment (OMSE).
• Building a Portfolio for Science and Technologies with technologies, prototypes, and engagements.
• Assist with operational testing and evaluations adhering to the Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) process to ensure the Simulator is appropriate for the required training task.
• Injection of Medical Tasks into the STE leads to simulated model war games focused on Medical Individual and Collective Task.
• Assist with incorporating validated TADSS into MEDCoE-approved curriculum, leading to a standardized Medical TADSS catalog.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Military Medical training process and Medical Simulation- (2 to 5 years experience).
• Knowledge of program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations. - (2 to 5 years experience).
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations. -
• (2 to 5 years experience).
• Knowledge of US Army operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $64,000.00 per year
