Temporary to Permanent (Based on Job Performance) Webhead is an experienced IT Support, Network, and Security Administrator to join our team. This part-time role is designed for a proactive and knowledgeable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and security. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, a keen eye for security compliance, and are familiar with the latest in IT infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and configure desktops and laptops for both in-house and remote work environments.

· Troubleshoot issues related to hosting, client and internal infrastructure, and VoIP systems.

· Ensure both internal and external IT security compliance is met with high standards.

· Provide technical support and guidance to staff on IT-related issues.

· Assist in the maintenance and administration of network systems.

· Work closely with the IT team to implement and manage security measures and protocols, including familiarity with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements.

· Monitor IT systems for irregularities and performance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Document IT procedures, configurations, and standards.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of IT security principles and compliance standards, with familiarity with CMMC being highly advantageous.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Experience with VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a small business environment.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $90,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
