Come join a winning team! We are looking to hire a full-time Service Program Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Service team. If you are an energetic people person who can multi-task and is not afraid of technology…...we have an opportunity for you.

The position offers:

• Pay Range $17-$20 per hour depending on experience
• Health, dental and vision insurance
• Paid Vacation
• 401(k) Plan

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering phones, setting appointments, following up with customers, assisting service writers and techs with daily functions.
• Coordinating, scheduling, and tracking the rental car program.
• Working with our warranty program team to complete submissions and finalize claims.

Qualifications: Must be professional, organized, punctual and have a positive attitude. Have proper phone and conversation skills as well as be comfortable with computers, technology, and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
