With selling over 80 cars a month, averaging 1000 shop hours per month, we are a high volume moving dealership. Qualifications:

• 2 years writing Shop Work Preferred
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within servicing situations.
• Report directly to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

• The ability to multi task.
• Must be efficient with computers.
• Write up the customer and find out what their needs are.
• Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate care during all operating hours.
• Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
