The Property Administrator (PA) will report directly to a Property Manager for Property Management in the Orange County and San Diego region. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to assist the Property Manager in the management, maintenance, and operation of the Commercial projects located in Orange County and San Diego. The PA will also provide support to the Regional Office. Our tenants require the utmost attention to maintaining the highest possible level of customer service to sustain and increase occupancy.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate who wants to develop a career in commercial real estate. Ideal candidates have previous property management and/or relevant administration experience. The Property Administrator will be located at the OCSD Regional Office in Costa Mesa, CA.
