Basic Requirements
Basic Kitchen Skills- knife cuts, prep, sauté, grill, fry, roast, bake, etc.
Basic product knowledge
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work clean
Ability to handle simultaneous projects
Must be able/willing to lift/carry at least 25 lbs
From-scratch cooking experience is preferred
Pasta experience is a plus
