Overview:
We are seeking experienced and outgoing Recreation Specialists to join our team. Foxhall Resort features activities for our guests to enjoy including:

• Guided ATV Rides
• Sporting Clays
• Archery
• Frisbee Golf
• Fishing
• Kayaking/ Canoeing
• Swimming
• Hiking

We want passionate and outgoing folks to jump in and help our guest connect to the great outdoors. This position is the soul of our sporting club, therefore we need this teammate to embody confidence, professionalism, and safety at all times. We strive to expand our list of activities and welcome creative minds that can help us deliver a fun and memorable adventure to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Verify all activities are safe and prepped, and ready to start on time
• Monitor and communicate inventory needs
• Oversee activities with our guests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing Foxhall
• Monitor changes in weather and other conditions to prepare accordingly
• Restock the clay shooting course and charge batteries
• Perform routine checklists for recreation related areas
• Perform minor maintenance in relations to recreation equipment
• Maintain grounds in dedicated areas
• Be alert at all times in regards to safety and trespassing
• Deliver safety speeches and instructions clearly
• Adhere to all company and recreation department policies
• Upsell other resort functions to drive revenue
• Cater to our members
• Utilize Fareharbor and any other software tools available to follow booking changes
• Flexibility is required in this role to help support all guest needs. We are all a team !

Qualifications:

• Must have a passion for the outdoors
• Must be comfortable around firearms
• Must have some experience in hunting, fishing, and shooting
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be able to operate equipment
• Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, direct sun, high heat, high humidity, cold, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 75lb
• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Significant attention to detail
• Experience in Resort, Hotel or a related field highly preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (any shift)
• Adhere to all company Standard/Conduct policies and procedures
• Follow the company’s employee handbook for rules and regulations
• Command of the English language both written and verbal

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $16 based on experience
