IDEAL SELF STORAGE is Hiring a Property Caretaker/Customer Service Rep Near Gatesville, TX
We are seeking a CSR/Property Caretaker to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Renting storage units.
- Renting Penske equipment.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
- Hooking up trailers.
- Facility cleaning and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience is required.
- Knowing how to properly hook up a trailer would be nice, but also not required.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
- Driver's license and transportation.
