Responsible for accounts receivable- Includes coordinating all aspects of accounts receivable with other departments as needed. Great opportunity in a growing company!

Specific job duties

§ Cash application, deposits, and invoice status verification

§ Follow up with customers on delinquencies and payment related issues

§ Own the accounts receivable process; understand customers payment cycles

§ Interact with billing department, sales, operations and management to ensure timely payment

§ Develop additional processes and procedures to streamline the position

§ Provide general office assistance as needed

§ Balance sheet reconciliation

§ Preparation of Journal entries

§ Assistance with audits

Experience and Skills

§ Proven experience in accounts receivable

§ Familiarity with cash application and invoice status verification

§ Assertive but professional

§ Excellent attention to detail

§ Excel knowledge and understanding

§ 2 or more years of College coursework preferred

§ Read, write and speak English

§ Strong communication skills

§ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
