Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the newest premier dining location in Amarillo! As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, with a focus on front-of-house activities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
- Supervise and train staff members on proper service techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular audits
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation and deposit preparation
- Utilize Aloha POS system to manage sales transactions, track inventory, and generate reports
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall dining experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is required
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including shift management, kitchen management, and inventory control
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with Aloha POS system is preferred
