Our Finance organization,is looking for a Controller / Head of Accounting / Director of Accounting to take over the lead of the Accounting function.
In this newly created position, the Controller / Head of Accounting will be responsible for leading the Accounting team in all for entities and managing all accounting processes. In this role the Controller / Head of Accounting will prepare the monthly consolidated Financial Statements and report them to the Group.
Besides the responsibilities in Accounting the position holder will establish resp. further develop the Internal Control System and ensuring compliance with the company's regulations and well as the local tax laws.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role of leading an accounting team
- Previous experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor, or manager
- Excellent computer skills (ERP systems, accounting software and Excel)
- Proficiency with different ERP systems and accounting software
- Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
