OSHA Required Safety Programs

LOTO Lock Out / Tag-Out Program

Hazard Communication and Safe Chemical Handling

Always performs tasks according to Safety and Food Safety Standards.

Responsible for performing repairs or executing work orders to ensure compliance to SQF Food Safety Standards such as :

Repairing plant floors as needed.

Paint machine gear motors as needed.

Paint walls, frames, platforms, air tanks, safety rails, support beams, exhaust fans inlets, overhead fixtures as needed.

Repair / replace roll up doors, curtains, repair wash stations and sinks.

Repair / replace ceiling foil, ceiling panels, light covers as needed.

Replace all building burnout light bulbs and ballasts as needed.

Replace any damaged machine, plexi-glass guards, or windows.

Repair / replace exhaust screens as needed.

iInstall catch pans under equipment and machinery as instructed by QA Dept.

Responsible for performing daily building inspections and correcting all deficiencies found.

Responsible for replacing all A / C and air handlers’ units air filters.

Responsible to wash down all refrigerant compressors, servicing all sump pumps on roof and sump tank.

Responsible for keeping the Maintenance Shop clean, organized, and safe.

Responsible for keeping the outside sheds and Boiler Room clean, organized, and safe.

Other facilities, utilities equipment monitoring and / or upkeep as needed.

Assist with production / equipment maintenance as needed.

Document all work performed daily.

Submit purchase order request for parts and communicate with management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.

Perform PM / Service to the following equipment :

Air Compressors

Water Chiller

Silos

HVAC

Water Heaters

Condensers / Coils -Freezer / Refrigeration Equipment

Sump Pump
