Grounded Electrical Construction is Hiring a Construction Accounting Clerk (PT) Near Hanover, MD
Construction Job Cost Experience a PLUS. Job may lead to a Full time position with benefits.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily administrative duties (printing, filing, etc), overseeing the front controls of AP Invoices.
- Perform data entry, and compute and record numerical data.
- Must be detailed oriented and can prioritize, organize and multitask.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work up to being able to do the daily task alone after proper training.
- Must be a proficient with Excel and be comfortable learning the accounting system.
- Daily task involve problem solving and learning how to research issues that arise on a daily.
- Must be able to be a team player to meet accounting deadlines.
