Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy and maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Experience in floor care, custodial, and industrial cleaning techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using housekeeping management software
