Job Description
As a teacher's assistant, you will support the teacher in the classroom both indoors and outdoors. You will assist supervising students, guiding students, organizing and cleaning, assisting with potty training, supervising meals, and other tasks. A ideal assistant is interested in the Montessori method, how children learn, enjoy working with children and like to be part of a team focused on providing our students with a great education.
Pay starts out at a fair level and effort is rewarded with bonuses and raises. Paid training. Insurance after two months. Paid holidays earned. We treat others as we want to be treated. If you earn it, you will advance.
