Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression
You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their
You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant
You will assist various restaurant staff at a Manager's discretion when necessary
Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary with menus and answering any initial questions
Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
