ABA of North Texas is Hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Near Decatur, TX

BCaBA Role and Responsibilities:

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with children with ASD, conducting evaluations, providing direct services, and collaborating with families and clinical staff to support our clients' developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an engaging and nurturing environment for learning and personal growth.
  • Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and provide clinical feedback.
  • Implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervise treatment delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive caseload, ensuring individualized care.
  • Engage with families, providing training and progress updates.
  • Collaborate on documentation, billing, and compliance with standards.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BCATs and BCaBA candidates.
  • Create or attend team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCaBA certification.
  • Experience in clinical setting.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Full-time position, with part-time possibilities.
  • Competitive salary ($35,000 - $65,000 annually) plus quarterly bonuses.
