Clampitt Paper Company has an opening in our FasClampitt McAllen, TX location.
Sales Trainee, full-time. Reports to the Store Manager. Will spend up to one year in training in all facets of the business to include working within the FasClampitt store performing clerk duties.
Duties:
Observe and assist the FasClampitt operation at the direction of the FasClamiptt Store Manager.
Perform store clerk duties while in the training program to include: learn the layout and location of items stored; observe and assist with office procedures; assist customers, answer phones; stock merchandise, pull orders; read, study, observe, participate in sales training via videos, films, discussions, and role-playing.
Requirements:
Strong sales aptitude and personality.
Experience working in the paper industry a plus.
Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
College Degree.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to use warehouse equipment such as two wheel truck and pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
