Job Summary

As Talent Acquisition Partner this position is responsible for overseeing the organization's recruitment process. Plays a strategic role in attracting and hiring the best possible talent to meet the company's needs. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting global talent.

As Office Manager this position is responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Manager is responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and that clerical functions are properly addressed and monitored.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

· Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting global talent.

· Manages full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

· Collaborates with hiring managers and sales and fulfillment team to ensure timely recruitment of quality talent.

· Sources, attracts, and hires talent that meets the organizational needs of the company.

· Builds talent pipelines for current and future job openings.

· Leads all sourcing strategies, including outreach to passive candidates.

· Conducts initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications.

· Facilitates interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

· Acts as hiring manager for all vendor hiring and termination decisions.

· Works with HR to develop and/or improve retention strategies and onboarding processes.

· Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

· Develops and update job descriptions and job specifications.

· Prepares and posts jobs to appropriate job boards.

· Screens vendor resumes and applications.

· Maintains company applicant tracking system.

· Conducts background checks as required.

· Builds and maintains a positive onboarding experience for internal contractors and vendors.

· Provides ongoing support to vendors during and after initial onboarding.

· Monitors and apply HR recruiting best practices.

· Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

· Acts as a point of contact and builds candidate relationships during the selection process.

· Ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

· Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities.

· Responsible for office operations and procedures.

· Manages office budget, ensures accurate and timely reporting.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may be required to attend weekly after-hour meetings as needed to connect with global team.

Travel Requirements

May include up to 10% travel locally.

Required Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

· Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes

· Experience in using HR software (e.g., ATS, CRM) to manage and streamline recruitment processes

Preferred Education and Experience

· Experience in recruiting for a wide range of roles and industries

· Experience with global recruitment

· Experience using LinkedIn for recruiting

· Bilingual (English and Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese)

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

· Self-starter that requires minimum supervision

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
